Impressed?

You shouldn't be.... these socks may look nice and orderly.... and it even appears that Gracie has quite a few socks..... not so!
I stopped counting these one-off socks when I hit 34.... Where do they go? Can you imagine what Gracie's sock drawer with that nicely organized bin would look like if we had all of the socks???

Bedtime Battles... score Gracie!

Ahhhhh... the bedtime battles still wage on. In an act of defiance that only a 3 year old could pull off with perfection.... "I not gonna sleep in bed now!" takes on new meaning.....


Gracie camped out across the room using her nap pillow and bathrobe.

Just Like Mommy....

Gracie loves to have her toenails painted.... she decided it would be nice if she coud do the same for Daddy. So "painted" Daddy's toenails using her crayons and in true mommy fashion, got her "camera" and proceeded to document the moment!

A Princess Can't Eat....

with her gown on now, can she? Lunch time and Gracie decided, on her own, that it might be a good idea to shed the gown and shoes lest she get ketchup on it!

And so her pretty gown lay in a heap... right next to the kitchen table where it was quickly gathered up and reassembled once lunchtime was over!

While I Was Washing Dishes...

Gracie finished eating her dinner.... she announced "All Done!" and that was that. Until bed time. Wondering why her "box of crayons" was in her bed... I decided to further investigate.

Why she chose to put this in bed will forever remain a mystery! .... Kinda gross eh?

F is for Cat

Gracie thinks it's hysterical to put things on Pepper (the cat) and Tazzi (the dog)... she has practically dressed them in clothes, wrapped them in blankets... they have worn tea cups, bowls, hair pretties, hats, boas and most recently become minature horses... guess who the jockey is?

She had a tea party....

With friends! Gracie transformed Josh's "cozy" blanket in to a table cloth... she stole borrowed the blanket from the suitcase Josh packed for camp this coming week. She brought chairs over from her little table set, her furry friends and tea provisions from her bedroom. This is a girl with a plan!
